Processing Refunds (PxPost)

The option to process Payment Express refunds directly from your Magento backend will appear automatically once you enter your PxPost account credentials in the backend settings. To process a refund:

1. Click into the order that you want to refund. Click on “Invoices” in the left column, and click into the invoice for that order.

2. Click the orange “Credit Memo” button in the top right corner.

3. Click the orange “Refund” button in the bottom left corner of the credit memo (do not click “Refund Offline”).
