Add a signature image file

Adding an image of a signature can be achieved in a couple of different ways: 

1. Upload a background image for the whole page which includes the signature - or - 
2. Enter basic html in the custom text fields with your image file - or - 
3. Edit the template files that drive the layout of the pdf (they work similarly to the Magento theme files) to include the signature image file.
