I ordered the installation service. What do I need to provide?

You should receive an email from us with what we'll need to complete the installation. If you haven't received this email, please contact us to provide:

1. The link and temporary login details for your Magento backend 
2. Details to access the site via FTP or similar

We install extensions Monday-Friday and aim for a turnaround time of within 24-48 hours after receiving the information above. You will receive an email to let you know once the installation has been completed.
