Email Attachments - versions prior to 0.11 need to update to the latest version released October 2015
Order Manager - please update to version 3.0.8 to fix an issue with grid searches

Pdf Picking List no update needed - however if you have updated Email Attachments this extension also needs to be updated to 1.0.4.
